Who also lost her hair, I would have accepted the apology. I would not ever go back there. It would just bring back the sad memory. You would think that the explanation would have been enough. The doctor's note is CRAP. They should have just taken his word. If people are bothered by seeing someone like him, they need to look deep and see if they can find their heart.
