(A couple days after our 20th anniversary -- and a couple before my latest surgery -- Mrs. H2O moved out to spend more time with her new boyfriend. So the past two months have been rather difficult for my daughters and I. More, she must have been so very busy with this gentleman, that she plum forgot to pay her end of our bills. Being broke in the holiday season adds its own stress.

On the bright side, a van drove up my driveway about 15 minutes ago. Some of the girls on the high school basketball team, along with some mothers, baked a large book of cookies for my daughters and I. That means more to me than I can say.
