Parents of Nazi-loving cabbie who wore swastika armband say son is mentally ill
The family of Gabriel Diaz, 27, say the cabbie isn't a racist, he's just 'not right in the head.' His father says he has since burned the armband, and Diaz's mother promises they will get him 'the help he needs.'
