i included 2002 riots in the history of narendra modi...yes his critics say that his role was anti-muslim...but there is no criminal case against him. While, i agree that he may not be exactly secular due to his in-action in 2002 or after.

I don't think he has made any comment on dalits. He, himself is from Ganchi Caste, which is lower caste same as dalits.
