In reply to the discussion: Bernie Sanders: Pulled out from under the bus. [View all]MineralMan
(146,262 posts)28. Under the bus only in your mind.
I've not seen anyone throw Bernie Sanders under any bus on DU. What I've seen is DUers saying that he should run as a Democrat in the primaries in 2016, if he chooses to run. I've even said clearly that I'd vote for him in my own primary election if he runs. I don't believe he will be the eventual nominee, however, based on historical precedent. My vote will go to the actual nominee in November of 2016.
This thread attacks people in general who don't seem to actually be on DU at all. Perhaps your mind is deceiving you in some way on this subject. I'd hate to think that was true, though.

There isn't. So one wonders what the motivation of the OP really is. To be divisive?

So are you here to praise Sen Sanders? Or disparage Manny? Maybe, just mess up the thread a little.

You just deleted your post I linked to, where you called Bernie an unrealistic old man.

Here's a hint: Since 1908, Bernie's was shortest of the *actual* filibusters.
