38. Darn it Pintobean. Sometimes a click is just a click...............

Tanj odd click but just a click. Times relative only to my environment.
We see an odd sort of audio dropout from 4:52: 90 to 4:54: 00. Odd in that it is not "silence" but has other "clicks" in the void. During this time the normal background noise was not present.
I am not a cellphone owner so I have no idea if the person recording could have come out of record and back into record in that short of time.
The overall background noise sounded and "looked" the same on each side of the void.
I could make out
"He ran."
"He ran this way"
This was a voice off screen so I have no way to tell which way this way was.

This is pure assumption on my part. He was close enough to the person holding the camera to be heard clearly and that person appeared to be down stream from the police car. Again pure assumption on my part that would be "he ran" away from the police care.

That is not even a guess. I just don't have a wide enough field of vision to have a reference.

Just a click, odd click but they all are when you "look" at 'em. Even at low quality MP3 if there were something added it should have jumped out and bit me.

I will add that even if I thought I saw something I would not have brought it back here until I had consulted with people having more experience (and better equipment) than I have. One of the reasons I did not want to get into this aspect of the video.
