13. It is the perfect time to get people to come together

I know living in urban areas, under both NYPD and LAPD rule, that MOST people pretty well hate the cops. With these recent tragic instances, that hatred is even stronger. Maybe people can come together and support someone like de Blasio and others who are trying to reform the police. The only ones who want things to stay the same are those that think they don't need to fear the police, or they buy a gun. Both stupid ideas.
