After two recounts, she was declared the winner for district 2 in So Az, replacing Ron Barber, who was wounded on the day Gabrielle Giffords was shot. He was a bit of a blue dog, like Giffords, but McSally is a bit like Bachmann. Wacky.
She won by 166 votes.
