2. Given the absolute hatred of the majority opposition,

He has done a great job. A better health insurance system (not better than single payor), he got us out of Iraq/Afghanistan (well, mostly). He is trying to do tje right thong on immigration and he has done this with a majority that hates him fpr doing the right thing.

Too bad we, the voters of this country, elect moron regressives...but until they wake up, no progressive Democrat will ever change the direction of this country. And promoting loser candidates for POTUS won't help, either.
