(36,269 posts)First you said "post a study because there aren't any" and I cited nearly 1800 from a public data base that you'd have known about if your head wasn't so firmly buried in the anti-science sand. Then you said "no fair! I don't have Excel" so I posted the citations in a flat file. Now you're calling it a Gish gallop because the list of papers (that you say don't exist) is in fact too long for you to process, notwithstanding that my first response was to the Excel link precisely to avoid the huge flat file.
The point is that GMO safety is the OVERWHELMING consensus of science and health professionals around the world.
You can find fear mongering web sites and a few self published vanity articles by terrible scientists claiming the contrary as much as you want-- their bullshit is overwhelmingly drowned out by real science if you'll just pay attention rather than sticking your fingers in your ears and chanting "nah nah I won't read the data base because it's in Excel!"
