(9,067 posts)I've been very clear that I didn't know if GMOs would be the best thing ever or have some future issues. I simply didn't think the original post vs. vaccines was valid. I think it takes lots of time for some applied science to reveal the pluses and minuses. I don't think that exists yet with GMOs.
If any particular aspect of GMOs is of interest to the public there is no reason not to label it. We have put floride in water for years, but we still tell people it's in there. If you don't like it, you can buy distilled water.
You seem to be stuck on seeds and mutations. With today's ability to analyze DNA, tracking of some specific variants might be labelled. For now, some kind of GMO labeling would be my preference along with more labeling of other items currently missing or labelled in a vague manner.
