How could anyone believe that a country that had been the most sanctioned, the most surveilled, the most bombed country in the world during the 12 years leading up to Iraq War II, and which had barely had the ability to lob a missile at Israel in Iraq War I, could somehow, during that time, develop weapons of mass destruction that could reach the US or the UK?
