She hasn't proposed any new regulations, as far as I know, and hasn't given any indication who she would appoint to treasury.
On TPP, she has made it clear that labor and environmental rules need to be at the center of any new trade agreement. In the past, she has criticized NAFTA and voted against CAFTA citing those as reasons, and she was working to make TPP a new standard of trade agreement on those issues. Whether she got everything she wanted, I don't know, since she wasn't the only one working on it, and even now the final draft isn't complete.
