You have rights as renters in Washington.
You cannot just be thrown out
If you need help with who to contact let me know.
You can fight it and give yourself some breathing room to figure things out.

They have passed laws recently giving landlords a hell of a lot of rights over tenants.

Standard practice in these cases is to give tenants 90 days rent free so they can save for a move.
