20. Computer companies have gotten ridiculously rich on the need for upgrading

Apple had been doing what PC companies used to do so well, requiring an (or creating the desire to) upgrade at least every two years. You can't keep on doing that forever.

This was to be predicted especially with the rise of Phablets.
