The taser takes the place of netting around the area the prey is located...the taser like the netting immobilizes the victim so that the cops can kill him/her!

It's hunting season for blacks, by badge wearing, gun toting state sanctioned murderers!!!

Get use to it people, more is coming...and there isn't anything that anyone is going to do about it!!!
