Per Ralph Nader, 2008, yep-2008! Corporations need to be NOT State Chartered, but Federally Chartered, and applications need to be one by one. We're a long way from getting to that place. BUT I knew it started before this episode, thanks to Ralph, 1886 Santa Clara Co. vs
Southern Pacific RR.

There is HOPE, but crap, its like everything fought for in those Sixties: it won't be easy or quick or painless. Still if it were easy, would it be worth having?
