More like he's a shit and stains everything he touches with his shit. In this case he's staining the American image, america itself, as represented by the stained star spangled table cloth. And it seems to be suggesting that he's going to pull it down, suggesting that Trump is going to pull the country down. And I'm assuming the globe at the edge suggests that he may take the rest of the world with him.
