get a lot of those, but I use a mailwashing program which is mostly accurate in letting me know what's spam and what isn't.

Sometimes it gets a little too enthusiastic about labeling something as spam, but I always check each email to make sure nothing I actually want to open is being tagged. It gradually "learns" what's spam and what isn't.

I feel sorry for people who get taken in by these scams
