9. One form. One decision. Small number of ballots.

A simple tally is all that's needed.

Now, a dozen different ballots, 800,000 ballots, 30 different races ... Different story.

I'll grade 200 papers if easy. One question, quick evaluation. But 200 tests, 20 questions each and 4 versions and I'll let the computer do it if I can.
