You can overdose on it. If addicted to it, you can die from withdrawal. It causes permanent neurological damage if exposed to it neonatally. It is a contributing factor, not a cause, in domestic violence and child abuse/neglect. It is a contributing factor in vehicle related deaths and injuries. Yet, it's legal and pot isn't. Go figure.
