Even if he doesn't understand the rules of the EU, and that Britain can't negotiate its own trade deals while still a member, Teresa May and whoever else handles these things for Britain do know that. There may have been preliminary discussions about selling Spode teacups to the White House for state dinners in exchange for a McDonald's franchise next to Buckingham Palace or something, but there's no big deal in the works. Believe me. MAGA.
