66. Chuck Berry got three years in prison for violation of the Mann Act in

1960.. Taking an underage girl across state lines. She was 14. No mention of statutory rape as I recall. He served twenty months in prison.
The Mann Act was considered to be so vague as to be virtually impossible to prosecute. Often referred to as the " White Slavery Act." Jack Johnson, the great heavyweight champion, was also charged by the Mann Act, but never went to jail. He was sentenced to a year and a day but escaped to Canada and then Europe.

So , boo fucking hoo, Matt Gates. Hope those prison doors close behind you. Bet you don't handle your time as well as Berry did, you simpering whine again.
