I don't doubt we'll hear about this from Fox & Clones in the coming days. They'll probably leave out the bit about this happening under Trump's watch and it being mostly due to inept state governments getting ripped off.
I'm all for being skeptical about news reports. But I prefer to have something to back it up before judging it to be wingnut BS
