How does the chain of custody work for top top secret documents? I cannot imagine anyone associated with the White House in any way shape or form would let trump get his paws on them Much less be able to spirit them out of the White House at his discretion.

This isn't like the library where you go request a book and signed it out for 3 weeks! !!!
