“If it melts, it’s a problem and people complain..."
What "people" complain about their ice cream melting? I just can't see myself walking into my local grocery store, asking to speak to the manager, and saying, "I want my money back! This ice cream you sold me melted when I left it out in the 80-degree heat and sun for an hour!"
I'm sure she'd say, "Oh, I'm so sorry! Of course, let me just give you a full refund right away! I'll just have to have a little chat with that ice cream manufacturer. How dare they try to pass off ice cream that melts!
