Sean is right on the money. All one needs to know, is we are dealing with a Con man, liar and a cheat who is a profoundly incompetent megalomaniac psychopath/sociopath. Not a smart person and certainly lazy, but incessantly scheming and manipulating.

Fortunately Joe and Kamala will riding to the rescue in less than 3 weeks.
