The gulf is just starting it's first red tide bloom, the fine city of New Port Richey just got fined for releasing a couple of million gallons of raw sewerage into Cross Bayou, and it's hotter than hell although it's only May. Traffic sucks but that's only because all the newbies don't know where they're going and even where they're at.

But it's a fine place to put down roots.
