since 2017, since I retired, and later returned to the work force, part time, in 2018. Nothing like getting a good nights sleep. Getting up early and doing things is my thing.

This is a good list. I suggest an addition: zoom meeting with loved ones at least every few days.

We have been retired since 2014 so our normal routines have not been impacted
