Never took to dogs bigger than a labrador, until I met my grand daughter's Rottie.
Loving, affectionate, your best pal once the boss introduces you, ferociously loyal and protective of their territory and family.
Would snatch food out of your hand, until you gave the 'gentle' command, and he would very carefully, just using his front teeth, take the treat.
Alas, he is no more. Grand daughter is grieving, and so am I.
I gave her money to cover vet bills and get another, but she says, very sadly, in a tiny voice . . . Not Yet.
Enjoy Roxy's growing up and company. She looks a charmer.
