3. Where we live in PA, more and more folks add 3% or decline cards altogether now. That cash back thing...

...may have seemed like a good idea but retailers and vendors are tired of paying for it. This seems very regional. Where my kid lives in CA, all anyone wants to take is credit cards although my assumption is they just bake the fees into the base price.
