I've been in MN since 2004 and I spent 3 years in the northern hinterlands of this state. Deer hunting season was a completely foreign concept to me. The hunters I interacted with during that period (not saying all of them just the lot I met) were some of the rudest and most reckless people I ever met. Trespassing, baiting, accidentally shooting each other or their dogs, drinking while hunting and then bragging about it when they came back. And 3 of the aforementioned things were committed by LEOs. If hunters want to have a better reputation outside of their circle, then more need to be willing to call out the ones that make them look bad.
