he gives to corporations and companies that are currently in the state and new ones that want to come here.

That is also how, along with cutting funding to cities, towns, communities, counties, schools, etc.(AKA a back-door tax hike), he has "eliminated" the state debt and turned it into a "surplus".

All the affected areas where the cuts occurred have to do is try to raise monies through taxes and levies. That way the sleazeball can say that he eliminated the debt without, him personally, raising taxes.

I can't even stand looking at that bag of water. He reminds me of Bush the Lesser in his posture and demeanor.

My wife and I have just recently been affected by some of those cuts to food stamps.

When both of us are totally disabled and can't work, it makes it rough.

That's what happens when you play by the rules and report everything.

Maybe a different mindset is in order.
