Wonder Boy Perry has declined to set up an exchange. If it is true the state will have to cover those who would qualify for Medicaid then it will not make those eligible to still have the coverage they need. It may turn out this is a big OOPS moment for Perry and his TP group. They get more stupid as time goes on.
