1. The Texas repug proposal on poll watchers is really offensive

Mike Collier is a good guy who ran for Lt. Governor in 2020. Part of the GOP bill will give poll watchers the right to go anyplace in the voting location and to film voters. I have run the poll watching program a number of times and this would be a disaster.

In 2010, true the vote asshole poll watchers harassed and attempted to challenge voters in Harris County and in 2012 I had recruited and trained over 60 pollwatchers to keep eyes on true the vote assholes. I spent a Sunday at a polling place as a poll watcher because the true the vote lowlifes had a pollwatcher at one of our good polling places.
