Wisconsin’s community health centers received a $1.7 million federal grant to help enroll residents, and six other community organizations around the state got about $1 million more to target specific demographic groups. However, Wisconsin’s per-capita spending to explain and market the Affordable Care Act is the lowest in the nation at 46 cents per person, according to research by The Associated Press.
