is that they are undermining their own integrity and relevance. As Andrew Jackson once rightly told a Supreme Court Chief Justice...and what army are you going to use to enforce your decision.
When the people are in a full on revolt, it is because their institutions have failed them and they no longer have legal redress. We are truly facing massive institutional failure here.
