Yup, this growing up shit ain't for sissys... I'm going to look into the CBD for my back. I eat clean most of the time, very little to no sugar either. I do yoga stretches for the whole body in the AM and for the most part I'm ok. "BUT' every once and a while the arthritis flairs up. I've tried arnica to reduce the pain. Oral and topical NSAIDS work too but I need more tools for my artritis kit... Tnx for the info!!
