I think that's the technical term for the bags of poop left behind by the astronauts.

There's already poop on the moon, I think a can or two of soda isn't gonna make a big difference.

In all seriousness, yes we ought to manage how we develop the moon in a rational as opposed to haphazard fashion. But it is pretty much a big wasteland.
