Bernie is not in the "promising things" game; he is attempting to lead a movement [View all]

One of the things I love about Bernie is that he is not promising things as much as he is educating about what could be and spending most of his energy trying to lead a Progressive movement that he plans to keep in place long after he is elected.

His is not a campaign of "me, me, me", but of "we, we, we".

As he says so articulately and so frequently. "If we stand together, there is nothing we cannot accomplish".

This is not an idle promise or a giveaway. This is a fact. This is a call to arms.

Bernie is calling for us to work for a Progressive Movement that does not stop and does not fail. It just keeps going till it achieves the ends that people want.

One of the strengths that is being proved right now is just how many people are choosing to stand up for Progressive values, each in their own way.

I love that Bernie is leading a movement, that calls on us to keep working long after the next President is elected. I do hope that all of us can join in, in whatever way we can, to put Progressive ideals, Progressive values, Progressive policies, and Progressive candidates forward.
