Nothing about it makes sense, when deciding on liberal/left, it appears to only use social issues, and I have yet to get the whole libertarian populist thing as they are not related in a way that such a chart labors to suggest.

I smell right wing think tank, possibly libertarian if not 'bagger (or the new right sponsored by the investment bankers that fund third way). The entire thing appears to be just a tool to spoof a real chart in order to make people appear to be whatever the designers intended. Thanks for the link, I will place the graphic and hopefully we can find out who authored the methodology used to twist reality in such a specific way.
