If Hillary were even a moderate Democrat (instead of a Rockefeller Republican) she might have made mention of it - and if she were a Roosevelt kind of Democrat she might have made mention not just of the anniversary but have said it was time to push the FDR's Second Bill of Rights.

I know, sometimes I really let my mind wander too fare into fantasy land.
