3. CNN beat the Hillary campaign to it. They declared her the winner immediately after the debate.

A three person panel, one of whom was Begala, who runs a Hillary PAC, and another of whom was Brazile, an officer of the DNC. IIRC, the third was from the Atlantic, which published the infamous Bernie Bro story soon after the debate.
