I don't understand why they thought it was a good idea to wait three days to announce this
I guess they were totally unprepared... but all things considered, you'd think that SOMEONE would have considered the possibility. After the "slip" and fall incident at the hotel (which, at this point, it's clear to everyone that it was likely a cardiovascular episode as well) they should have made some decisions that would have ensured openness, honesty and transparency. But they didn't. So that's VERY POOR PLANNING on their part. I give them a grade of F.

So... there they are, caught totally flat-footed and unprepared. Now it's crunch-time... a decision MUST BE MADE, and it MUST BE MADE QUICKLY. And, in this regard, they fail as well. They had the opportunity to be open and honest and transparent... yet they chose to deliberately obfuscate. Rather than saying "we don't know" or "it's too early to tell" ... the answers and information we were given was NOT the truth.

And at THAT point, they already had OVER TWENTY FOUR HOURS to come up with something... and THAT is the story they decided to run with?? Knowing full-well that the full truth would eventually come out anyway, they chose THAT path? (Amazing.)

I can only repeat what I wrote earlier: Now that the precedent has been set... now that we know what to expect... (and now that we know the TRUTH is TOTALLY OPPOSITE from what they told us) I'm afraid that I will now (and forever more) have a VERY DIFFICULT TIME in being able to trust any news at all that comes from them.
If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
