2. Who is advising him?

It a pretty bad look. For the sake of argument lets give him the benefit of the doubt and that there is nothing "revelatory or interesting about his financial situation." Releasing them makes it a story for another few days and everyone forgets.

Not releasing them keeps the story alive.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
