I don't think Abul Gharib prison is better now than it was under Saddam's management.
Think about it. Trade in Saddam's torturers for Bush's and Rumsfield's torturers, and you get the very same notorious prison where inmates don't have a chance to get out alive.
I don't think they will close the prison down for a while.
What do you think?

Last I heard they wanted to destroy it. If they have done so or not yet, I don't know.
(And it's Abu Ghraib)
