Some stupid beeyoch keeps calling my cell |
|
Every few days, I get a call from someone asking for some guy I don't know. So I say, "You have the wrong number," and get on with my day.
This evening, she called again, adamant about how she needed to talk to this guy. I explained to her repeatedly that I don't know who the hell he is so I can't help her. None of it registered with her, and she told me to tell him she's coming over there, and she's gonna burn that place down.
An hour later, there's a fire at Fort Meade. :tinfoilhat:

3. Some nogood man's been lying to her |
|
I've been in that place before.
That's no reason to be rude to a stranger, though. If she does it again, I'm liable to share her number with others.

8. Nothing said that you had to be rude |

sometimes constant repetition works!! Either that or just start banging your head on a wall. One way or another, eventually, you will feel better!:banghead:

persistent, with the calls going on for 18 months, no matter what I said to them. Turns out the guy was an epileptic and they were worried about him (other problems too) but sheesh... it took a year and a half for my message to get through to them?

It's bad enough having health problems without having friends who are fucking morons. Sheesh.

9. I had a similar thing happen to me. |
|
Well, except for the Ft Meade part. I also had one guy argue with me when I told him he had the wrong number. He got irate and kept insisting he didn't until he hung up in frustration, and I got the impression he thought I'd stolen the phone. What an idiot.

...when we as a culture decide it's socially unacceptable to ever admit to mistakes. Ugh.

I once had to change my number because I kept getting calls from someone who apparently only spoke Chinese (I think it was Chinese) and who seemed very upset that I couldn't understand her. I ended up getting equally frustrated that she couldn't understand ME, that she had the WRONG NUMBER, and kept calling the same number several times a day for two months.
At least this woman didn't understand the language. This "beeyotch" SHOULD understand what you're saying.

12. I had that happen to me, with the home phone. |
|
Phone rings, a woman asks for some guy. I say, I'm sorry, you have the wrong number. She starts YELLING at me, that I'm lying, she knows he's there, she knows about me. I hung up.
She called right back. Since my daughter sometimes calls late at night, I answered the phone. Same woman. I tell here AGAIN she has the wrong number, and she starts SCREECHING at me, calling me a bitch, blah blah blah. I hung up again.
Phone rings again. I pick it up and hang up, and email my daughter that I'm not answering the phone tonight. The phone rang a few more times, so I unplugged it.
What part of "There's no one here by that name" did she not understand? :eyes:
