biggest fear unraveling before our eyes - BALLOT DISASTER in FLA
Florida will be ONE HUGE DISASTER - A JEB BUSH FAILURE (or Vote scam LIHOP)

• One Early poll open in in entire Duval County - appox. 750,000 people
• Electronic voting "glitch" stops voting almost immediately upon polls open - FLA
• Internet "glitch" cause for poll shut down

How may of those people who voted yesterday in FLA will be counted?

This election is for the courts to decide baby!!!

SUPREME COURT - Look Out

1. the point about Duvall County really pisses me off... other urban areas
have many more polls in Florida... this is by design.. they don't want black people to vote...

And there is NO receipt if they did..total BS ...it's just shit.

17. sounds like the equal access clause being violated
per capita distribution of polling places and machines not democratic.
I'll say it again, Bush is more concerned with democracy in Iraq than he is here in the US of A.

14. Absolutely. There should be a daily count, because I'm of the
opinion that Republican insiders already know the counts and that the early voters are Democratic. So, all they have to do is lose the highest counts in certain high-populated Demcortic areas and they have the edge they're looking for.

3. Florida Votes
I live in Florida (Tallahassee) and I've been hearing all the problems with the voting so far. This scares the shit right outta me! I wish I knew what I could do to fix this before it gets any worse.

5. Not to mention this shit.
http://www.guardian.co.uk/uselections2004/story/0,13918,1330495,00.html

Gordon Sasser first got the feeling that something strange was going on when the telephone pierced the silence of a weekday afternoon at his house on the swampy fringes of Tallahassee, northern Florida.
An automated voice had some surprising news: did he know that he could now cast his presidential vote by phone, and could do so right now, using the keypad? Mr Sasser's suspicion that somebody was trying to trick him into thinking he was casting a vote - presumably so that he wouldn't cast a real one - was far from unique.

James Scruggs, another Tallahassee resident, remembers a similar unease about the young woman who phoned him at home, insistently offering to collect his absentee ballot to ensure its safe delivery.

Then there was the elderly woman who called the local elections office last week to register her husband for an absentee vote. According to office staff, as she hung up she made a point of thanking them: she wouldn't have thought to get in touch about her husband, she said, if it hadn't been for their helpful call the night before, when someone had taken her own details, assuring her that she was now registered and would receive a ballot.

7. The "lone" early polling place is miles from black neighborhoods
snip

In nearby Duvall County — where 27,000 votes, most of them from African American neighborhoods, were disqualified in 2000 — activists also have unsuccessfully sought more early voting polling places.

Now Jacksonville, which in land area is the largest city in the contiguous United States, will have a single early voting site — miles from any black neighborhoods.
