There was already speculation he would retire based on his fundraising totals from earlier required reports that he filed.

What a good time we're going to have here in VA with the senate race. I kind of hope Allen runs. What fun we will have with him!:evilgrin: I also would like to see Mark Warner as our next Senator from VA.
