1. Jeez, I think we're going to have to start a GERMANY group!
I went to my first Democrats Abroad meeting last night, only four people showed up.

3. FYI
Hello NRW Democrats,

Just want to remind you about our upcoming events...

DUSSELDORF MEETING - Tomorrow - April 19, 2007 7pm
We will continue what we started in Cologne: "Now that we have an ear in Washington - What are we going to tell them?". As Democrats Abroad we actually have a chance to raise issues and offer resolutions that could end up in a bill on the president's desk! Last year 5 were passed by DA Germany and 1 has been passed by the DNC. What is the one priority that we should concentrate on in the months to come? Come and get it off your chest.

Meeting wil be upstairs at O'Reilly's Irish Pub in the Dusseldorf Altstadt (Marktplatz 6) http://www.oreillys.com.

COLOGNE / BONN MEETING April 26, 2007, 7pm
Our monthly Cologne meeting will be held at the Stadtgarten Biergarten & Restaurant behind Westbahnhof Köln (Venloer Str. 40). http://www.stadtgarten.de

Our monthly Stamtisch will focus on the coming Democratic Primaries - as much as you want to ignore them, they are coming sooner than you think! Take a look at the websites from all the candidates and bring your ideas about for whom we should cast our vote.

2. Not too many people in Democrats abroad
And even less with time to attend the meetings (did you meet Christina in Köln?).
They finally had a Düsseldorf meeting last night when I was in Düsseldorf, but I
was here because my wife and I had tickets to attend the Bob Dylan concert, so
again, I lost out due to scheduling problems.
